     Taking care of your mental health is as important as taking care of your physical health.

The stigma 'I'm not going to a psychologist because I'm not crazy', is limiting you access to your physical, mental and emotional wellness.

     There is a huge connection between body, mind and spirit, therefore we are the result of our actions, thoughts and emotions.

     A 'broken' mind gives you as much pain as a broken bone in your body.

My training in Integrative Psychotherapy allows me to combine a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches and create a model that works for you, the client.

In the therapeutic process, a huge importance is the trust relationship between the client and therapist, a key element in the efficiency of the therapy.

Children can face difficult times in their lives, just like adults. Every child is unique, having different factors contributing to their issues, emotions or behaviours. 

If your child is confronting with: depression, anxiety, anger, self harm, low self esteem, trauma or grief, divorce or separation in family, communication issues, is socially excluded, sleep issues, diet changes or wetting the bed, then it is time to search professional help.

During child therapy, there is a possibility for me to talk with family members, to determine root of the problem, and create a safe place for the child to feel listened and understood. Depending on the child's age, I will use techniques from cognitive behaviour therapy, play therapy, drawing therapy, family therapy and/or parenting.


Love relationships are very complex, each bringing with them their experiences, feelings and expectations. Acknowledging the cause of problems in a relationship and searching for help in order to eliminate them, doesn't only improve the quality of couple's life, but also helps in developing a set of skills necessary in avoiding future problems. 

The main objective of couple Psychotherapy is restoring communication, the therapist having the observer role and guide of the path of improving the relationship and quality of life, however, cooperation and partners's disponibility of being open and honest is essential.

The success of couple therapy can mean either reconciliation or separation of the couple.

Here are some situations of which a couple could benefit the therapy: constant arguing, physical or verbal aggressivity, blackmail and blaming, sexual insatisfaction, jealousy and infidelity problems.


Reiki is the Japanese for Universal Life Force energy and was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. 

Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects such as relaxation and wellbeing.

-is able to help in most cases, anything from stress related illnesses to broken bones, reducing inflammation, and accelerating the natural healing process of the body, and boosting the immune system.

Other symptoms Reiki can help alleviating: anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue, multiple sclerosis, endometriosis, infertility, headaches, any post operation recovery, any chemotherapy treatments and so on.

What to expect?

A Reiki session starts with a discussion between the therapist and client, based on confidentiality. The client can lie comfortable on a couch and the practitioner uses a non-intrusive hand on technique to channel the Universal energy. The hands are held over certain areas for  small period of time or until the practitioner feels it right to move on.  The energy can be felt as a wave of warmth, a soft breeze, tingling, or even no sensation. 

If for any reason the client cannot lie down,  then Reiki can just as easily be provided sitting on a chair. 

Benefits of Reiki treatment are immediately felt, most of the clients stating relaxation, wellbeing, pain reduced and  better sleep.

A session lasts 60 minutes, and its effects are felt many days after.
